i remembered last time i had a french class (not in a class)
after we finished it, as usual,
my friend and i ll go get some drink @7
(not the algohal one haha :p)
and sometimes food then we'll go eat @คูเมือง
and we talk and talk and talk (we talk and eat actually)
until my dad comes to pick me up
here's คูเมือง (Khu-mueng) C?

ppl around there looked at us so my friend's kinda nervous..
but WHO CARES right? haha
we know that we had a lot of fun :D

Cantaloupe sorbet

i've made this sorbet since 2 weeks ago,
and it turned out pretty good xD
so i'm gonna share u one of my favorite sorbet

Cantaloupe sorbet

its very simple
you need 1 cantaloupe
1 cup castor suger
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tbsp glucose syrup
and a little bit of salt (if you use it)

put the cantaloupe in a blender along with lemon juice, salt until smooth
then prepare the syrup-- comebine sugar and water in a saucepan
and stir over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved,
turn up the heat and simmer for about 4-5 mins.
add the glocose syrup and heat for a few
remove from heat and temper when the syrup is completely cooled.
comebine with the cantaloupe puree,
strain and freeze in ur ice cream maker. thats it !
